Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @potatoes{1%lb} on a #baking sheet{} with a large drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}, half the @smoked paprika{1%tsp}, and a big pinch of @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Roast until crispy ~{20%minutes}.

Meanwhile, melt @butter{2%tbsp} in a #medium pan{} over medium heat. Add sliced @onion{2%unit}, ¼ tsp @sugar{1%tsp}, and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring, until browned and softened ~{10%minutes}. If onion starts to burn, lower heat and add a splash of water. Stir in @sriracha{1%tbsp} at the end.

While onion cooks, in a #large bowl{}, combine @ground pork{1%lb}, minced onion, half the @garlic{2%cloves}, remaining paprika, ½ tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt. Form into two patties, each slightly wider than a burger bun.

Cook patties in a #large pan{} over medium heat until golden and cooked through ~{4%minutes} per side. Top each patty with @gouda cheese{2%slices} and cover pan to melt ~{1%minute}. Toast @potato buns{2%unit} in the same pan until golden.

In a #small bowl{}, combine @sour cream{2%tbsp}, @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, remaining garlic, lime zest, @lime{1%unit} juice, and a pinch of salt. Spread sauce onto bottom buns, top with patties, caramelized onion, and serve with crispy fries and @asparagus{1%unit} on the side.
